I usually get involved when products become difficult to move forward.

Bring me in when…

  • Product direction is unclear
  • Users struggle with important workflows
  • Product and engineering aren’t aligned
  • Engineering keeps rebuilding instead of shipping
  • AI needs to become practical
  • Architecture needs to support long-term growth

What colleagues say

These recommendations were written years apart by managers from different companies, yet they describe remarkably similar qualities.

  • Ownership.
  • Clarity.
  • Reliability.
  • Collaboration.

Dipin consistently delivered exactly what projects required, stayed hands-on during crunch time, and helped the team adopt newer technologies. Reliable, dedicated and always focused on solutions.

How I solve problems

I don’t start with code.

I begin with understanding people, identifying friction and designing better experiences before writing software.

  1. Observe

    People, workflows, reality

  2. Find Friction

    Where effort and loss accumulate

  3. Design Experience

    Clarity before architecture

  4. Engineer Solution

    Build what the outcome needs

  5. Measure

    Learn from real behaviour

  6. Improve

    Refine continuously

Clarity first. Architecture second. Outcomes always.

Experience

Every chapter built the next.

Two decades of continuous learning, building and leading — each chapter shaping the engineer and product builder I am today.

Builder

Turns ambiguity into products.

Engineer

Still deeply hands-on.

Leader

Builds teams and technical direction.

Founder

Owns product, customers and business.

The Journey

  1. 2006–2009

    Engineering Foundations

Built engineering fundamentals — software quality, systems thinking and the discipline of writing code that lasts. These years formed the technical foundation everything else rests on.

  2. 2009–2011

    The First Leap

Took a first entrepreneurial leap and learned the hard truth: software alone doesn’t build companies. Execution, resilience and customer thinking started to matter as much as code.

  3. 2011–2013

    Finding My Stride

Worked alongside stronger engineering teams and learned architecture, collaboration and engineering discipline at a higher standard. Confidence accelerated — and so did the quality of the work.

  4. 2013–2017

    Independent Builder

Designed, built and maintained complete systems across frontend, backend, infrastructure and user experience. These years developed the ability to take a product from ambiguity through production without losing sight of the whole system.

  5. 2017–2023

    From Engineer to Product Builder

Engineering expanded into product thinking. Worked closely with founders, made product decisions and started working backwards from customer problems. Ownership shifted from delivery to outcomes.

  6. 2023–Present

Building Across Product, People & Business

Today I work across the full product journey — shaping customer experience and product direction, designing architecture, staying hands-on with engineering, leading people and delivery, and working directly with customers and business opportunities. It has reinforced a simple belief: technology, people and business work best when they are treated as one system.

The role has changed.

The mindset hasn’t.

I still enjoy solving difficult problems and building products people genuinely use.

The next chapter

The next chapter should be something worth building.

After nearly two decades building across product, engineering, architecture and leadership, I’m looking for teams solving meaningful problems where I can stay close to the user, the technology and the outcome.

What I enjoy building

  • 0→1 products
  • Complex product platforms
  • Technical transformations
  • AI-enabled workflows
  • Products where engineering shapes the business

How I work

  • Hands-on
  • Product-first
  • Long-term ownership
  • Small, strong teams
  • Full-time / long-term contract
  • Selective fractional leadership

Typical roles: Principal Engineer · Staff Engineer · Lead Engineer · Solution Architect · Product Engineering Leadership

Building something meaningful?

If the problem matters and the team cares about doing it well, I’d like to hear about it.

Why “QuiteFounder”?

Most people assume it’s a typo.

It isn’t.

I’m naturally a quiet builder.

But over nearly two decades, I’ve also built quite a few products, teams and businesses.

The name stayed because both meanings describe how I work.

The work has always mattered more than being seen.

Beyond Engineering

Over the years my role has expanded beyond writing software.

Today I work across product strategy, customer discovery, UX design, engineering architecture, hiring, mentoring, AI strategy, business development and delivery.

Titles have changed.
The responsibility hasn’t.

My job remains helping organisations turn difficult ideas into products people can confidently build and use.

Ready to build something worth building?

If you’re looking for someone who can understand users, shape products, lead engineering and stay hands-on until it ships, I’d love to talk.

One last thing.

I’ve never believed software succeeds because of clever code.

It succeeds because someone understood the people using it.

That’s still how I build today.
